Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and experienced sales enthusiastic to join our dynamic team of Iron & Steel division. The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for leading the sales efforts within a designated geographic area, developing new business opportunities, generating & handling leads and nurturing existing customer relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, Products and strong interpersonal skills to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales & retention targets within the assigned geographic area.

● Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including potential clients, projects, and partnerships.

● Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

● Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to create and execute sales & marketing plans, forecasting, and budgeting for the designated area.
