we are looking for motivated and experienced sales enthusiastic to join our dynamic team of iron & steel division. the area sales manager (asm) will be responsible for leading the sales efforts within a designated geographic area, developing new business opportunities, generating & handling leads and nurturing existing customer relationships. this role requires a deep understanding of the industry, products and strong interpersonal skills to drive sales growth.

key responsibilities:

● develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales & retention targets within the assigned geographic area.

● identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including potential clients, projects, and partnerships.

● manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

● collaborate with the sales & marketing team to create and execute sales & marketing plans, forecasting, and budgeting for the designated area.
