role overview:
as an area sales manager project & retail, you will be responsible for end-to-end field sales operations in your assigned region. youll focus on generating project leads, managing specifier relationships, supporting channel partners, and closing high-value deals.
your key responsibilities:
drive project sales through lead generation, bidding, and funnel management
build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors
conduct market visits, cold calls, and pitch meetings to grow territory pipeline
onboard and activate new channel partners; support existing ones
achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in terms of volume & value
convert inactive partners into active contributors
track and manage the full project lifecycle from lead to closure
who should apply?
youre a fit if you:
have 4+ years of experience in project/channel sales in the building material, furnishing, or interior decor industry
have strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and channel partners
are driven, target-focused, and possess excellent communication skills
are a natural networker with an eye for business opportunities
have handled b2b sales cycles involving customized products or solutions
preferred qualifications:
graduate in any discipline
prior experience in blinds, interiors, furnishings, or modular furniture is a big plus
