• Generate New sales leads and handle existing customer base for industrial lubricants. Preparing Techno Commercial offers. (Through calls and field visits)
• Building relationship with customers to ensure regular sales.
• Must be comfortable with aggressive sales targets and incentive.
• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Executing business strategy and concepts for overall growth.
Key Skills
• Must be able to achieve monthly value-based targets.
• Minimum 2 years of experience of engine Oil/Lubricants sales
• Follow up on potential Leads.
• Must be ready to travel out of city also.
• Convincing Skills, Confident and good communication
• Qualification- 12th pass
• Languages Known- Marathi, Hindi, English
