We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager with:

œ… 7+ years of ASM experience

œ… Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.

œ… Monitor individual and team performance metrics.

œ… Conduct regular meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.

œ… Identify and develop new customers or markets.

œ… Expand distribution channels and dealer networks.

œ… Coordinate with supply chain for product availability.

œ… Ensure timely delivery to distributors/retailers.

œ… Strong distributor & dealer network management

œ… Excellent team handling & Excel reporting skills

œ… Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid license

œ… Industry experience in Electrical / Fan / Wire / Appliance preferred
