Role - Sales Executive – Community Development
Job Description - We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, passionate person to join an
upcoming
social commerce vertical of one of the biggest beauty e-commerce companies.
Key Responsibilities -
● Lead a beauty social commerce business in their territory
● Responsible for acquiring and managing women Community Leaders (Resellers) in Tier
2+ towns
● Drive business growth and build a sustainable beauty business with the help of
Community Leaders
● Engage and motivate Community Leaders to grow their customers and business
● Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets on Community Leaders, customers and
revenue
● Responsible for beauty, business and product training of Community Leaders
Key Requirements -
● Preferably a female
● Proven track record in working with micro-entrepreneurs Or in B2C sales
● Open to travel
● Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
● Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial bent of mind
CTC - INR - 5 LPA
Conveyance - INR 2500 for local travel
