role - sales executive – community development

job description - we are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, passionate person to join an

upcoming

social commerce vertical of one of the biggest beauty e-commerce companies.

key responsibilities -

● lead a beauty social commerce business in their territory

● responsible for acquiring and managing women community leaders (resellers) in tier

2+ towns

● drive business growth and build a sustainable beauty business with the help of

community leaders

● engage and motivate community leaders to grow their customers and business

● achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets on community leaders, customers and

revenue

● responsible for beauty, business and product training of community leaders

key requirements -

● preferably a female

● proven track record in working with micro-entrepreneurs or in b2c sales

● open to travel

● excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

● self-motivated with an entrepreneurial bent of mind

ctc - inr - 5 lpa

conveyance - inr 2500 for local travel
