Role - Sales Executive – Community Development
Job Description - We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, passionate person to join an
upcoming
social commerce vertical of one of the biggest beauty e-commerce companies.
Key Responsibilities -
â— Lead a beauty social commerce business in their territory
â— Responsible for acquiring and managing women Community Leaders (Resellers) in Tier
2+ towns
â— Drive business growth and build a sustainable beauty business with the help of
Community Leaders
â— Engage and motivate Community Leaders to grow their customers and business
â— Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets on Community Leaders, customers and
revenue
â— Responsible for beauty, business and product training of Community Leaders
Key Requirements -
â— Preferably a female
â— Proven track record in working with micro-entrepreneurs Or in B2C sales
â— Open to travel
â— Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
â— Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial bent of mind
CTC - INR - 5 LPA
Conveyance - INR 2500 for local travel
