We are hiring dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Executives to manage secondary sales execution and strengthen market presence for Power Tools across assigned territories. The role involves distributor coordination, retailer management, market development, and ensuring consistent sell-out performance.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Secondary Sales Execution
Achieve assigned secondary sales targets for power tools
Ensure regular sell-out from distributors to retailers and end users
Monitor daily and weekly secondary sales performance
Take corrective actions to close sales gaps and improve off-take
Channel & Retailer Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail counters
Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand market coverage
Strengthen retailer engagement to enhance brand presence
Market Development
Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and promotional activities
Support new product launches, schemes, and marketing initiatives
Collect market and customer feedback to improve sales effectiveness
Distributor Coordination
Coordinate with distributors for stock planning, order execution, and replenishment
Track primary vs secondary sales gaps and maintain healthy inventory levels
Ensure effective implementation of company pricing policies and schemes
Reporting & Analysis
Submit daily sales reports, market feedback, and competitor activity updates
Maintain accurate customer, retailer, and outlet data
Share insights on market trends, pricing, and competitor movements
Candidate Requirements
37 years of experience in secondary sales, preferably in Power Tools / Hardware / Industrial Products
Strong understanding of distribution and retail sales channels
Proven experience in dealer handling, retail execution, and market expansion
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Target-driven mindset with strong execution focus
