Experience: 2 to 4years experience in sales ,medical devices or healthcare industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and healthcare professionals.
Provide product support, resolve customer issues, and conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities for product promotion and post-sales support.
Product Promotion & Training:
Educate healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and clinical applications.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.
Reporting & Compliance:
Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and use CRM tools for tracking and forecasting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with product, marketing, regulatory, and logistics teams to ensure market-fit products and timely distribution.
Provide field insights to support product improvement and development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the medical device industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of medical devices and clinical applications.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
