The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue for the company. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the company's brand and services, including digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improve customer experience.

Manage and collaborate with internal and external teams, including creative, advertising, and PR agencies to deliver effective marketing campaigns.

Manage and allocate marketing budgets to achieve optimal ROI.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, including marketing technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.

Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.

Experience in travel or hospitality industries preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.
