• monitor satisfaction of the cluster’s customers through a customer satisfaction index based on
parameters such as customer complaints.

• develop the recruitment and training plan for the business managers in line with the overall
recruitment & training plan and ensure recruitment and training of the team as per the plan.
• resolve any issues related to the business & team members.
• ensure employee satisfaction and motivation.
