Planning
• Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the cluster.
• Develop sales targets for BDM wise for assigned Territory.
• Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each BDMs in the team against assigned
targets.
Sales growth and cost management
• Ensure achievement of sales targets for the Team
• Review monthly sales targets and performance of BDMs
• Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations.
Customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor satisfaction of the cluster’s customers through a customer satisfaction index based on
parameters such as customer complaints.
People Management
• Develop the recruitment and training plan for the Business Managers in line with the overall
recruitment & training plan and ensure recruitment and training of the team as per the plan.
• Resolve any issues related to the Business & Team Members.
• Ensure employee satisfaction and motivation.
