Architectural Draftsman (1-3 Years)

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman to prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of building design, bye-laws, and construction detailing, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and allied drafting software.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

Draft municipal / sanction drawings as per local development authority or corporation requirements.

Convert conceptual sketches and design inputs into precise CAD drawings.

Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.

Ensure drawings adhere to building codes, standards, and regulations.

Support preparation of presentation drawings and 3D views (if required).

Assist in preparing BOQs or material take-offs when needed.
