Key Responsibilities
Create, modify, and cancel flight bookings.
Issue tickets and process reissues, reroutes, refunds, and voids.
Quote fares, taxes, and service fees.
Advise customers on baggage, visa, and travel policies.
Handle special service requests (meals, seats, wheelchairs, UMNR).
Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes or disruptions.
