Air Ticketing Executive || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for an Airport Ticketing Executive to join our team in Kolkata. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are keen to start their career in the aviation industry and possess good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ticket Sales and Reservations: Assist customers in booking tickets for air travel, ensuring accuracy in details such as flight dates, passenger names, and travel destinations.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding them through the ticketing process. Your friendly demeanor will help create a positive experience for travelers.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and update records of ticket sales and reservations. You will ensure that all documentation is accurate and complies with airline policies.

- Collaborate with Airlines: Work closely with various airlines to ensure availability and confirm bookings. You will act as a liaison between the customers and the airlines.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Being detail-oriented is essential to ensure accuracy in ticketing. A basic understanding of computers and software used in ticketing processes is preferred.
