We are looking for a dedicated Airport Ticketing Executive to join our team in Barasat, Kolkata. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with minimal experience in the airline or travel industry. You will help passengers with ticket bookings and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ticket Booking and Cancellation: Assist customers in booking flights, making changes, and processing cancellations, ensuring that all requests are handled efficiently and accurately.

2. Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful service to passengers, addressing their inquiries and concerns about bookings, fees, and travel policies.

3. Payment Processing: Handle financial transactions with care, ensuring secure and accurate processing of payments for ticket purchases and charges.

4. Information Provision: Share relevant travel information, including flight schedules, baggage policies, and check-in procedures, to enhance passenger awareness and satisfaction.

5. Documentation Support: Assist in managing tickets and travel documents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and in order for flights.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a completed 10th grade education. Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude are essential, as you will interact with passengers daily. Basic computer skills are important for using booking systems accurately. Attention to detail is necessary to manage bookings and transactions correctly.
