We are looking for an Airport Ticketing Executive who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at the airport. This is an entry-level position suited for freshers who have completed their 10th grade. The role requires working full-time from our office in Dankuni.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Reservation Management**: Handle ticket reservations efficiently, modifying or canceling bookings as needed while keeping accurate records.

- **Payment Processing**: Facilitate secure and accurate payment transactions for ticket purchases, ensuring a smooth and quick checkout process.

- **Coordination with Airlines**: Communicate with various airlines to stay updated on flight changes, special offers, and other relevant information to better assist passengers.
