As an Airport Terminal Services Agent in Amritsar, your main role is to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for passengers traveling through the airport. You will work directly at the airport terminal, engaging with travelers and assisting with various services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Check-In Assistance: Help passengers check in for their flights by verifying tickets and issuing boarding passes, ensuring a seamless start to their journey.

- Baggage Handling: Assist with the management of passenger baggage, including checking bags and delivering appropriate tags, while ensuring that all luggage is securely routed to the correct flights.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering information about flight schedules, airport facilities, and procedures, creating a positive travel experience.

- Monitoring Flight Departures: Keep track of flight schedules and relay important updates to passengers, such as gate changes or delays, ensuring everyone is informed and ready for boarding.
