Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**: Assist passengers with inquiries, check-in procedures, and baggage handling to ensure a pleasant travel experience.

- **Safety and Security Checks**: Conduct safety screenings and maintain security protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and airport operations.

- **Documentation Processing**: Handle ticketing, boarding passes, and luggage tags, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and up to date.

- **Assisting Ground Crew**: Support ground staff during boarding and disembarkation processes, helping to maintain a smooth flow of passengers.

- **Problem Solving**: Address passenger issues or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to airport policies.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed at least 10th grade and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers. Basic computer knowledge is beneficial.
