Key Responsibilities:

1. Check-in Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they have all necessary documents and tickets ready. This may include scanning baggage and issuing boarding passes.

2. Customer Support: Provide information to travelers about flight schedules, terminals, and airport services. Assist in addressing passenger inquiries and concerns professionally.

3. Baggage Handling: Assist in managing luggage, ensuring it is transferred safely to and from aircraft. Monitor baggage claim areas to help passengers locate their bags.

4. Safety Compliance: Follow all airport safety protocols and guidelines. Ensure that luggage and passengers comply with security regulations.

5. Coordination with Teams: Work closely with airport security, ground staff, and management to facilitate seamless operations and problem resolution.

Required Skills and Expectations:
