Airport Executive || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for dedicated airport staff to join our team at the Patna Airport. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent school graduates or those with minimal experience. The role involves ensuring smooth operations at the airport while providing excellent service to passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Service**: Greet and assist passengers with inquiries, providing information about flights, terminals, and airport services.

2. **Check-in Assistance**: Help travelers during the check-in process, including checking luggage and issuing boarding passes.

3. **Security Support**: Ensure safety procedures are followed by assisting in screening passengers and luggage, helping maintain a secure environment.

4. **Baggage Handling**: Manage baggage, ensuring it is stored and loaded correctly for flights, and assist passengers in locating missing luggage.

5. **Maintenance of Cleanliness**: Keep the airport environment clean and organized, ensuring waiting areas and facilities are tidy.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th grade. We seek individuals with good communication skills who can interact politely with passengers and colleagues. A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Punctuality and reliability are important as shifts may vary.
