Job Overview:
We are hiring a dedicated Airport Ground Staff professional to ensure smooth airport operations and a seamless passenger experience. The role includes assisting travelers with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and providing high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and departure procedures efficiently.
Provide accurate flight schedules, gate information, and travel guidance.
Handle baggage tagging, luggage management, and passenger documentation.
Address passenger queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Coordinate with airline teams, airport staff, and security personnel for smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to airport safety standards and airline protocols.
Support elderly, disabled, and special assistance passengers as required.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).
AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) mandatory.
Additional aviation, hospitality, or customer service training is an advantage.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and passenger assistance abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with airport systems.
