Key Responsibilities:

4. Safety and Security: Ensure that airport safety protocols are followed, including screening luggage and maintaining a secure environment for passengers and staff.

5. Communication: Liaise between passengers and other airport staff, relaying information about flight delays, cancellations, and other updates.
