As an Airport Representative, you will be the face of our organization at the airport, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Help travelers with their check-in process, ensuring they have all necessary documents and answer any questions they may have.

- Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about flight schedules, terminal facilities, and airport services to passengers.

- Luggage Handling: Assist in the management of passenger luggage, ensuring that it is safely loaded and unloaded, and guide passengers to the baggage claim area.

- Problem Resolution: Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring passenger satisfaction at all times.

- Coordination with Airline Staff: Communicate and work closely with airline personnel to ensure smooth operations and to report any anomalies.
