As an Airport Representative, you will be the face of our company at the airport, ensuring that travelers have a pleasant experience. You will work full-time from our office in Kolkata and should be open to working flexible hours to support flight schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet and Greet Passengers: You will welcome passengers upon arrival, helping them feel comfortable and informed about their journey.

- Provide Information: You will assist travelers with information about flights, check-in procedures, baggage claim, and any other questions they may have.

- Coordinate with Airlines: Working closely with airline staff, you will help ensure smooth operations and communicate any issues back to our team.

- Assist with Luggage: You may help passengers with their luggage, directing them to the appropriate areas for check-in and pick-up.

- Handle Customer Concerns: You will address any problems or concerns passengers encounter, ensuring they receive the support they need.
