10th Pass Freshers For Airport Representative

We are looking for an Airport Representative in East Singhbhum, India. This is a full-time office-based position suitable for freshers who have completed at least the 10th grade.

As an Airport Representative, you will be the face of our services at the airport, helping travelers with their inquiries and providing support during their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Service**: Greet and assist passengers at the airport to ensure a pleasant travel experience. You will address their questions and provide information about flight schedules and procedures.

2. **Check-In Support**: Help passengers during the check-in process, ensuring they understand the required steps and guiding them through any technology used, such as kiosks or self-check-in machines.

3. **Handling Luggage**: Assist travelers with their luggage, helping them navigate through the airport or directing them to the proper handling areas.

4. **Problem Resolution**: Address any issues or concerns that may arise, such as delays or cancellations, and act swiftly to find solutions that satisfy the customer.
