Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist passengers at the airport terminal.

Provide information regarding flights, boarding gates, and airport facilities.

Support check-in and boarding procedures.

Verify passenger travel documents when required.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Assist passengers with baggage-related queries.

Provide special assistance to elderly passengers, families, and travelers with special needs.

Coordinate with airline and airport teams to ensure efficient passenger service.

Maintain compliance with airport safety, security, and customer service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) Pass.

Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.
