Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and departure procedures

Handle ticketing, reservations, and travel documentation

Manage baggage handling, tagging, and claim support

Provide professional customer service and passenger assistance

Coordinate with airline teams for on-time flight operations

Follow all airport safety and security guidelines

Resolve passenger queries and complaints effectively

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate

Age limit: 18 to 30 years

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

Basic computer knowledge

Pleasing personality and customer-handling skills
