We are looking for dedicated Airport Ground Staff to join our team in Kanpur. The ideal candidates will assist in various airport operations to ensure a smooth travel experience for passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Check-in Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process by verifying their travel documents and ensuring they are aware of their flight details.

- Baggage Handling: Manage the loading and unloading of baggage onto and from aircraft, ensuring safety and efficiency in handling luggage.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to passengers by answering queries, offering information about flights, and resolving any issues that may arise before boarding.

- Security Checks: Participate in security protocols by ensuring all baggage and passengers go through necessary security screenings.

- Coordination with Team Members: Work closely with other ground staff and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum educational qualification of a 12th-grade pass. Prior experience is not mandatory but candidates with 0 to 2 years in a similar role will be preferred. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively interact with passengers and colleagues. Candidates must demonstrate good teamwork abilities and have a customer-centric approach. A basic understanding of airport operations and safety protocols will be an added advantage. Lastly, candidates should be adaptable to shift timings and have a respectful demeanor in all interactions.
