Passenger assistance: Welcoming passengers, helping them check in, and providing boarding passes

Baggage handling: Loading and unloading luggage, tagging it, and ensuring it reaches the correct destination

Flight operations: Confirming flight arrival times, ensuring the ramp is aligned, and making sure the aircraft is clean and stocked for departure

Passenger safety: Ensuring passengers are safe and comfortable, and assisting those with special needs or disabilities

Flight execution: Making sure the flight is on time and runs smoothly, and re-routing passengers if necessary

Ticketing: Selling tickets at the airport kiosk

Cabin cleaning: Cleaning the aircraft and managing on-board refreshments

Passenger queries: Answering questions and providing directions
