Airport Ground Staff || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for dedicated Airport Ground Staff in Patna who will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the airport. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Passenger Assistance:** Help passengers with check-in, boarding procedures, and baggage claims to ensure a seamless travel experience.

- **Baggage Handling:** Safely load and unload luggage from aircraft and ensure all baggage is correctly tagged and delivered to the appropriate area.

- **Check-in Operations:** Process passenger check-ins, issue boarding passes, and verify travel documents accurately to avoid delays.

- **Information Desk Support:** Provide information to travelers regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and other inquiries to keep passengers informed.

- **Safety Compliance:** Follow all safety protocols and airport regulations to maintain a secure environment for both passengers and staff.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other airport staff to coordinate operations and solve any issues that may arise during busy periods.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess strong communication skills. An ability to work well under pressure and remain courteous is essential. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Basic knowledge of English and local languages is desired to effectively assist diverse passengers. A commitment to providing excellent customer service and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is also required.
