Job Overview:

We are hiring an Airport Ground Staff professional in Ranchi to provide seamless airport services and enhance passenger satisfaction. The role involves assisting travelers, coordinating boarding, managing baggage, and ensuring smooth day-to-day airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and departure.

Provide accurate flight information, gate guidance, and travel support.

Manage baggage handling, luggage tagging, and documentation verification.

Address passenger queries, complaints, and special service requests promptly.

Collaborate with airline staff, ground operations teams, and airport security.

Ensure compliance with airport safety protocols and airline operational standards.

Assist elderly passengers, families, and travelers requiring special care.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).

AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) is required.

Additional aviation, hospitality, or customer service training is a plus.
