Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Airport Ground Staff in Jamshedpur to support airport operations and ensure a smooth travel experience for all passengers. This role includes assisting travelers, managing baggage, coordinating boarding, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and guide passengers through check-in, boarding, and departure procedures.

Provide timely flight updates, gate instructions, and travel assistance.

Manage baggage handling, tagging, and documentation verification efficiently.

Resolve passenger queries, complaints, and special assistance requests professionally.

Work closely with airline staff, airport operations teams, and security personnel.

Ensure adherence to airport safety rules, standard operating procedures, and airline guidelines.

Support elderly passengers, children, and travelers with disabilities.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).

AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) mandatory.

Additional aviation, hospitality, or customer service training is beneficial.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service and passenger handling capabilities.

Basic computer proficiency and understanding of airport systems.
