We are looking for dedicated Airport Ground Staff to ensure efficient operations at Jammu Airport. This role involves assisting passengers and supporting airport procedures to provide a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Passenger Assistance**: Greet passengers, help with check-in and provide information about flights, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

2. **Baggage Handling**: Manage the loading and unloading of luggage, ensuring it is handled carefully and delivered to the correct destinations.

3. **Operational Support**: Work with the flight crew and ground team to ensure that all operations run smoothly and on schedule.

4. **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure environment for passengers and staff at all times.

5. **Problem-solving**: Address passenger concerns or issues promptly, coordinating with relevant departments to find solutions quickly and efficiently.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and ideally possess some experience in customer service.
