Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional Airport Ground Staff in Jammu to provide a seamless travel experience for passengers while supporting airport operations. The role focuses on assisting travelers with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and departure procedures in a timely manner.
Provide accurate flight details, gate information, and travel guidance.
Manage baggage handling, tagging, and passenger documentation.
Professionally handle passenger queries, complaints, and special service requests.
Collaborate with airline staff, ground operations teams, and airport security.
Ensure compliance with airport safety regulations and airline procedures.
Support elderly passengers, families, and passengers requiring special assistance.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).
AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) required.
Additional aviation, hospitality, or customer service training is a plus.
