Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional Airport Ground Staff in Delhi to manage airport operations while delivering a smooth and comfortable travel experience for passengers. The role involves assisting travelers with check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and departure procedures efficiently.
Provide real-time flight updates, gate directions, and travel guidance.
Handle baggage tagging, luggage management, and verification of travel documents.
Professionally resolve passenger queries, complaints, and special service requests.
Coordinate with airline staff, airport authorities, and ground handling teams.
Ensure adherence to airport safety standards and airline operational procedures.
Offer support to elderly, differently-abled passengers, and travelers needing special assistance.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).
AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) mandatory.
Additional aviation, hospitality, or customer service training is beneficial.
