Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Airport Ground Staff professional in Dehradun to provide efficient airport operations and deliver a superior passenger experience. The role focuses on assisting travelers, managing boarding procedures, handling baggage, and ensuring smooth day-to-day airport activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide passengers through check-in, boarding, and departure processes smoothly.

Provide accurate flight information, gate directions, and travel support.

Manage baggage handling, tagging, and verification of travel documents.

Resolve passenger queries, complaints, and special requests promptly.

Coordinate with airline staff, airport operations teams, and security personnel.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).

AIATC (Airport / Airline Training Certificate) mandatory.

Additional aviation, hospitality, or customer service training is beneficial.
