Key Responsibilities:

1. **Passenger Assistance**: Greet passengers at check-in and boarding gates, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

2. **Baggage Handling**: Manage the handling and transportation of luggage, ensuring that all bags are properly tagged and delivered to the correct destination.

3. **Check-in Support**: Facilitate the check-in process by verifying travel documents and issuing boarding passes, making the boarding process efficient for travelers.

4. **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed, maintaining a secure environment for both passengers and staff.

5. **Coordination with Airlines**: Collaborate with airline staff and other ground personnel to resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring operations run smoothly.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess a minimum of a 12th-grade education and demonstrate effective communication skills in both English and local languages. A strong focus on customer service is essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
