Job Summary

Bhartiya Airways is hiring Airport Ground Staff to support ground operations and passenger services at commercial airports across India. You will be responsible for assisting passengers, handling check-in and boarding procedures, coordinating with airport teams, and ensuring safety & operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct passenger check-in, boarding, and departure processing.

Manage baggage tagging, arrival belt coordination, and luggage handling support.

Assist passengers with enquiries, special requests, and re-booking.

Coordinate with CISF, airport authorities, and internal operations teams.

Monitor flight information and help with delays or cancellations.

Maintain professional conduct, grooming, and airport safety protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) or equivalent.

Mandatory Certification:

AIATC (Airport & Aviation Training Certificate) required only (no other certificates accepted).

(Certificate must be valid and verifiable at the time of interview/document verification)

Languages: Good command of English and Hindi.

Skills: Customer service orientation, communication skills, ability to handle stressful situations.

Health: Medically and physically fit as per aviation industry standards.

Salary & Benefits

Approx 25,000 55,000+ per month depending on location, experience, and shift allowances.

Important Notes

Background checks and airport entry clearance (AEP) may be required after selection.

Candidates should be prepared for rotational shifts, including weekends and nights.
