We are looking for a dedicated Airport Executive to join our team in Hooghly. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with little to no experience, ideally someone who has completed at least their 10th grade. The role mainly involves ensuring smooth airport operations and providing excellent service to passengers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Passenger Assistance:** Greet and assist passengers with their immediate needs, including check-in processes, direction guidance, and answering queries.

- **Baggage Handling:** Ensure proper handling of luggage by helping passengers with baggage check-in and providing information on lost luggage.

- **Documentation Support:** Check necessary travel documents for compliance with airline and security standards, ensuring all passengers are ready for boarding.

- **Flight Coordination:** Help coordinate boarding activities and maintain communication with flight crew regarding any passenger needs or issues.

- **Customer Service:** Address and resolve any passenger complaints or concerns quickly and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should exhibit strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Being able to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations is very important.
