We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Airport Ground Staff in Banaras (Varanasi) to manage passenger services and ensure smooth airport operations. This role is suitable for freshers as well as experienced candidates aiming for a career in aviation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and departure procedures

Handle ticketing, reservations, and travel documentation

Manage baggage handling, tagging, and claim support

Provide excellent customer service and passenger assistance

Coordinate with airline teams for on-time flight operations

Ensure compliance with airport safety and security protocols

Resolve passenger queries and complaints efficiently

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate

Age limit: 18 to 30 years

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

Basic computer knowledge

Presentable personality and customer-handling skills
