Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and departure procedures

Handle ticketing, reservations, and travel documentation

Manage baggage handling, tagging, and claim support

Provide professional customer service and passenger assistance

Ensure adherence to airport safety and security regulations

Resolve passenger queries and complaints efficiently

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate

Age limit: 18 to 30 years

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

Basic computer knowledge

Presentable personality with good customer-handling skills
