**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service:** Engage with passengers to provide assistance with flight information, ticket booking, and resolving issues, ensuring a pleasant travel experience.

- **Ticketing and Reservations:** Handle the booking and issuance of tickets, updating travel itineraries, and processing cancellations or refunds as needed.

- **Flight Coordination:** Assist in coordinating flight schedules, check-in processes, and boarding procedures to ensure smooth airport operations.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of bookings, passenger details, and other relevant information for reporting and operational purposes.

- **Communication:** Communicate important flight updates and other announcements to passengers, ensuring they have all necessary information regarding their journey.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
