Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights: Cabin Crew members are responsible for ensuring that passengers are safe and comfortable throughout the entire duration of the flight. This includes assisting with emergency procedures, serving meals and beverages, and attending to any passenger needs.
2. Provide excellent customer service: Cabin Crew members are the face of the airline and must provide exceptional customer service to passengers. This includes greeting passengers, answering any questions they may have, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the flight.
3. Perform pre-flight checks and briefings: Before each flight, Cabin Crew members are responsible for conducting pre-flight checks to ensure the aircraft is ready for departure. They must also conduct briefings to inform passengers of safety procedures and other important information.
4. Maintain a professional appearance: Cabin Crew members must adhere to strict grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times. This includes wearing the designated uniform and ensuring that hair and makeup are done neatly.
