Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming passengers onboard: Greet passengers as they enter the aircraft, assist with finding seats, and ensure their comfort and safety during the flight.
2. Ensuring overall safety: Conduct safety demonstrations, secure cabin before take-off and landing, and respond to emergencies following standard procedures.
3. Providing customer service: Address passenger inquiries, serve meals and beverages, and assist passengers with any needs or requests throughout the flight.
4. Collaborating with team members: Coordinate with fellow cabin crew members, pilots, and ground staff to ensure efficient operations and a positive passenger experience.
5. Maintaining cleanliness: Keep the cabin tidy, restock supplies as needed, and perform regular aircraft checks to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
