URGENT HIRING FOR Airline Ground Staff

Ground staff help passengers with their luggage, check in passengers, and provide information about the aircraft. They also help passengers board and get off the plane.

Ticket sales: Ground staff issue tickets to passengers over the counter or by phone. They also help passengers book seats, including for those with special needs.

Baggage handling: Ground staff are responsible for the safe delivery of luggage to and from the aircraft. They weigh and check in baggage, and issue luggage labels.

Security: Ground staff screen passengers and their luggage for security purposes.

Reservations: Ground staff take reservations from passengers who call in.

Flight delays: Ground staff redirect or rebook customers when there are flight delays or cancellations.

Passenger inquiries: Ground staff answer passenger questions and provide directions.

Disabled passengers: Ground staff provide special assistance to disabled passengers.
