- Ticketing and Check-in Support: Manage ticket sales and check-in processes efficiently, utilizing computer systems to issue boarding passes and check luggage accurately.

- Baggage Assistance: Help passengers with their luggage, ensuring that all bags are tagged correctly and loaded onto the aircraft without delay.

- Information Provision: Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, gate assignments, and any changes or delays, keeping passengers well-informed and calm.

- Safety and Security Checks: Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting necessary checks and maintaining a secure environment around the boarding area.
