**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Passenger Check-In:** Assist passengers with the check-in process, verifying their flight details and issuing boarding passes to ensure a smooth departure experience.

- **Baggage Handling:** Manage and oversee the safe loading and unloading of baggage, ensuring that all luggage is handled with care to prevent damage or loss.

- **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about flight schedules and airport facilities.

- **Boarding Process:** Facilitate the boarding process by ensuring passengers board in an orderly manner, verifying boarding passes, and guiding passengers to their seats.

- **Safety and Compliance:** Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure environment for passengers and staff.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a minimum education of 12th pass and demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact effectively with passengers. A friendly demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities are essential for addressing passenger needs. Candidates should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, showing a commitment to teamwork and punctuality. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.
