Key Responsibilities:
1. **Check-in Assistance**: Help passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and tagging luggage, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
2. **Customer Service**: Address passenger inquiries and provide information about flights, baggage, and airport services, ensuring a friendly and helpful environment.
3. **Baggage Handling**: Manage the loading and unloading of luggage, ensuring the correct handling and transfer of baggage to avoid delays.
4. **Boarding Process**: Oversee the boarding process by scanning boarding passes, ensuring passengers board in an orderly fashion, and assisting those who need special assistance.
5. **Safety and Security**: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure airport environment, addressing any security concerns promptly.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should be at least 12th pass with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help others. Good communication skills in English and Hindi are essential.
