3. **Resolve Issues:** Address passenger complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Your goal will be to find solutions that satisfy customers while adhering to company policies.
4. **Provide Flight Information:** Inform passengers about flight schedules, delays, and gate changes. Keeping customers updated ensures they are well-informed throughout their travel experience.
5. **Maintain Records:** Document interactions with customers in the system. This helps in managing customer accounts and improves service quality.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have a minimum education of 12th grade and should be comfortable using computers for booking and record-keeping. Excellent communication skills in English and an eagerness to help people are essential. A positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills will greatly help in providing exceptional customer service. Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
