Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Airline Customer Service Representative to join our team in Patna, India. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others and have a passion for the airline industry. As a representative, you will provide excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Assist Passengers:** Welcome travelers at the check-in counters, answer their queries, and guide them through the check-in process. This includes handling their luggage and ensuring they understand their flight details.

2. **Manage Bookings:** Help customers make, change, or cancel flight reservations. You will use our booking systems to provide accurate information and ensure a smooth experience.

3. **Resolve Issues:** Address passenger complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Your goal will be to find solutions that satisfy customers while adhering to company policies.

4. **Provide Flight Information:** Inform passengers about flight schedules, delays, and gate changes. Keeping customers updated ensures they are well-informed throughout their travel experience.

5. **Maintain Records:** Document interactions with customers in the system. This helps in managing customer accounts and improves service quality.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum education of 12th grade and should be comfortable using computers for booking and record-keeping. Excellent communication skills in English and an eagerness to help people are essential. A positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills will greatly help in providing exceptional customer service. Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
