Job Description

We are looking for an Airline Customer Service Representative in Indore, India, who will assist travelers with their inquiries and ensure a smooth travel experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, with 0 to 2 years of experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

1. **Handling Customer Inquiries**: You will answer questions about flight schedules, ticket prices, and travel policies either over the phone or in person, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.

2. **Booking and Modifying Flights**: You will assist customers in booking new flights or changing existing arrangements, ensuring all necessary details are gathered and processed correctly.

3. **Resolving Issues**: When problems arise, such as flight delays or cancellations, you will assist customers in finding solutions, including rebooking flights or providing compensation options.

4. **Providing Support at the Airport**: You may also need to guide customers through check-in procedures and help with baggage inquiries, ensuring a pleasant airport experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills, as you will interact with diverse customers. Additionally, being able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly is crucial. Basic computer skills are also needed for managing bookings and records efficiently. A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers will help you thrive in this position.
