Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Airline Customer Service Executive to join our team in Patna. This is a full-time position that involves working from our office. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Assist Customers with Inquiries:** Respond to customer questions regarding flights, bookings, and policies, providing accurate information to help them make informed decisions.

- **Handle Check-Ins:** Facilitate the check-in process for passengers, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed for a seamless experience.

- **Manage Reservations:** Help customers with flight bookings and modifications, ensuring all changes are accurately processed and confirmed.

- **Address Customer Complaints:** Listen to customer issues and resolve them promptly and effectively, aiming for high customer satisfaction.

- **Support Baggage Handling:** Assist passengers with baggage queries and ensure all relevant information is communicated regarding lost or delayed luggage.
