Air Ticketing Executive - Full Time - Freshers

We are urgently hiring for the role of Ground Staff Air-Ticketing Cabin Crew in Chennai, India. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and the aviation industry.

Key responsibilities include managing passenger check-in processes, assisting with air-ticketing, and providing excellent customer service to travelers. You will be responsible for coordinating flight schedules, addressing passenger queries, and ensuring a smooth boarding process. Daily tasks may involve operating ticketing systems and collaborating with cabin crew to enhance the travel experience.

Candidates are expected to possess communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work well in a team. An educational background of at least 10th grade is required. The role is suited for both freshers and those with up to two years of experience in customer service or a related field.
